The kids market is the fun part. Registration is not.

Booth & Banner runs the sign-up morning, the residency checks, and the waitlist for your city's kids market, so a volunteer with a phone can do the whole job and still enjoy the event.

Starter is free and covers one market up to 30 booths. Setup takes an afternoon, and a person reviews every new market before it goes live.

  • A queue nobody can argue with

Server-ordered submissions, a live backup list, and automatic promotion when a space opens.

  • Residency checks that catch fakes

One-click document review with automatic AI-fraud screening. An AI-generated utility bill is refused before you ever see it.

  • Volunteer-proof by design

An audit trail behind every decision and a built-in guide for whoever inherits the clipboard next year.

If you have run one of these, you know the morning

Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. By 9:00 there are two hundred emails in a shared inbox, and the only record of who was first is a timestamp column you now have to sort by hand.

Who was actually first?

Two families are ninety seconds apart and both are certain they beat the other. A spreadsheet sorted by hand is not an answer you want to defend to a parent, or to the council.

The booth that went three towns over

Nobody is checking addresses at 8:00 in the morning. You find out on market day, when a family from outside the city pulls up with a folding table and a sign.

A cancellation five days out

Someone drops. Now you are scrolling for the next name, writing the email yourself, and waiting to hear back before you know whether the space is filled.

The same three questions, forty times

Am I in? Did you get my form? What time is setup? Every one of them lands in your inbox, because there is nowhere else for a parent to look.

Next year, a different volunteer

The file gets handed off with color coding nobody can explain and half the rules still living in one person's head.

How it works

  1. Open registration on your date

You set the booth count, the opening time, and the rules. Families make an account and prepare a draft beforehand, then submit when the clock hits zero. The server assigns the order, so the queue is a fact rather than an argument.

  2. Check residency without becoming a document examiner

A family uploads a utility bill or a lease, and you approve it with one click. Before you ever see it, every image is screened for the marks AI generators leave behind, so a faked bill from an image generator is refused at the door automatically. Markets that want zero paperwork can step up to mailed postcard codes on Market Pro.

  3. Let the list run itself

Unverified booths expire on the deadline you set, and the next family in line is promoted automatically with the email already written. On market morning you check people in from your phone.

What you get as the coordinator

A queue you can defend

Submission order is assigned by the server and recorded. When a parent asks why they are number 41, you can show them.

Fraud screening built in

Every uploaded document is checked for AI-generation marks (Content Credentials, generator metadata, editing-tool traces) before a coordinator sees it. Mailed postcard codes are there when a market has to be airtight.

A backup list that promotes itself

Expired reservations release to the next household in order, with a note explaining what happened and what to do next.

A dashboard families use instead of your inbox

Status, deadline, code entry, and cancellation all live in one place the parent can check at 11 at night.

Email that goes out on schedule

Message everyone in a status group, attach the site map or the vendor packet, and schedule it for 6:00 a.m. so you are not up.

Exports and a printable roster

A CSV for the city's records and a check-in sheet for the table by the entrance, in case the wifi at the park is what it usually is.

An audit log

Who changed what, when, and why. Useful for a records request, and the reason next year's volunteer will not be guessing.

Markets on the platform

Bring it to your city

Signing up claims your subdomain and puts your market in front of a person, not a workflow. We go through your dates, your booth count, and your rules with you, and nothing is visible to a single family until you say so.
